How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 10–21 business days, depending on the design.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Each BLULUX piece is made with intention. For that reason, we offer returns only on unworn, non-custom pieces within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders are final.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Yes. All diamonds over 0.30 carats come with a grading certificate from a recognized gemological institute.
How do I care for my jewelry?
